The Wardrobe That Almost Wasn't

I started out with a plan, I got derailed and decided not to do the wardrobe. Then, this sort of evolved, first with a dress, then the jacket and I filled in with the shirt and skirt.

We have Vogue 1220.

Vogue 8714 aka Prison Break Jacket.

Add in Jalie 2921.

And last but not least Vogue 1020.

The final garment was a preexisting one in your closet. I chose a pair of designer jeans I splurged on.

And I think I ended up with a pretty fun and unique wardrobe. Some of the combinations are a bit ecclectic but I had a great time putting them together.

I love all the pops of color! This is one fantastic wardrobe and everything fits perfectly. I made the dress from the pattern your skirt came from, and then got rid of the pattern. Now I wish I'd kept it because I want that skirt too!

Fantastic! What a wardrobe. Gorgeous styles and what inspired colours. I love the (I was going to say salmon but not sure exactly what the name of the top colour is - but it is beautiful) and blue together. I haven't tried a Jalie pattern yet but getting more and more tempted by that top pattern. I hadn't come across your blog before, but it is lovely, thanks.

What a great spring wardrobe. I love the colors, and the striped jacket seems to go with every other piece beautifully. I chuckled when you said your plan got derailed. I like to use the word "evolved" to describe what happens to every wardrobe plan I make.

Love love love this wardrobe! I'm so impressed you made all that so quickly. And I love the skirt, I'll have to pull that pattern out and try my hand at the skirt.
